This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through our website or directly with us for travel packages to Bali. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to balance flexibility for travelers with the commitments we make to local partners, resorts, and service providers. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the amount refunded depends on how far in advance you notify us. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the address provided below. For cancellations received more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, we offer a full refund minus a small administrative fee to cover processing costs. Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, we refund 50% of the total package price, as we often incur non-recoverable expenses with accommodations and providers at this stage. Unfortunately, for cancellations within 30 days of arrival, no refund is available due to the fixed commitments and limited ability to resell the spots on short notice. We encourage purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Bookings
We accommodate date changes or minor adjustments where possible, subject to availability with our partners. Requests to modify your travel dates made more than 45 days in advance are usually processed without penalty, though any difference in pricing for the new dates will apply. Closer to the departure, changes may be treated as cancellations and rebookings, following the same timeline guidelines as above. Name changes or transferring the booking to another person can often be arranged at no extra cost if requested early, but we need sufficient time to update arrangements with resorts and transfer services.

Cancellations or Changes by Bali Dream Tours LLC
In rare cases, such as force majeure events including natural disasters, political instability, severe weather impacting travel safety, or global health restrictions, we may need to cancel or significantly alter a package. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or credit toward a future trip of equal or greater value. We are not responsible for additional expenses you may incur, such as non-refundable flights, which is why we always recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Non-Refundable Elements

Certain components of our packages, such as deposits paid to secure boutique accommodations or activity slots during peak seasons, are non-refundable from the moment of booking. These are clearly noted during the reservation process. Additionally, any optional extras added after the initial booking follow the policies of the specific providers.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. We do not charge extra fees for processing refunds, though currency conversion or bank charges may apply on your end for international transactions.
Disputes and Exceptions
We handle each situation with care and may make exceptions for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, with appropriate documentation. All decisions are at the discretion of our team, and we aim to be as understanding as possible while remaining fair to our local partners.
